yfz 450 rear shock

trim airbox or try and maybe melt it? u need some spacers to make the shock fit and bore out either the top or bottom hole

i think you need wider a-arms or either the diamond j widening kit to mount yfz shocks on the blaster dont know for sure though im about 75% sure though lol

you dont have to trim the airbox, the ressi sits off to the side, by the exhaust, the shock is 4 inches longer (i think) than stock, so u can cut a inch and a half off the bottom of the mount and drill new holes to lower it down, i still havent got a chance to really beat on it, but i can say IT IS SOFT!!

i wouldnt see why not, the +4 swingarms have the same shock mount a sthe stock swinger, u can also get a rear lowering kit on ebay, that will give u more play room

You can use it with a stock swingarm.Like said above you cut the bottom of the shock mount off and redrill the mounting hole and get about 1 1/2 inches out of it.It will sit higher than the stock rear shock. If you go this route send me a p.m. I have a rear yfz in great condition that I bought to use on my bike but ended up getting works all around.
