All yamaha front hubs are interchangeable right? If i use yfz 450 hubs can i use banshee brakes? Will this fit on my pre o3 spindles. Is 10.50$ per hub?

nope, pre 03 spindles do not have a caliper mount
and i just had troubles with yfz hubs, the inner bearing is smaller and would not fit onto the inner race of the norman420 built pre 03 spindle with caliper mounts.
you can fab/weld caliper brackets, but the norman420 units have proven to be tits, then stick with banshee hubs and brakes, easiest route IMO, i've done 3 sets

Not all yamaha hubs are interchangable. I know for a FACT that raptor 660 hubs will NOT fit on pretty much anything but raptor 660 spindles. The calipers and pads will work for a hydro brake system though.
In order to use disc brake hubs, you need either a set of 03+ spindles (same mounting as the drum brakes except a boss made for the rear seal on the hub and a caliper mounting location) or a set of Norman420 conversion spindles. They have the boss and the plate made onto the spindles. He converts the 88-02 spindles over.
