Not knowing what the "rebuild" consisted of, nor do you, me wonders if it was broke in properly and if the head and jug were re-torqued after heat cycles?

Dimes to doenuts it has an air leak and is now to late to re-torque.
OMG, so hot oil is bublin out the fill??? ha, ha, I'll bet even Blaaster can smell fried piston in OZ.

After inspecting reeds, and piston on intake side, pull the ex and inspect the piston on ex side. You will also be able to inspect cyl.

The End

"It had compression, I know because I feel it with my hand" And the compression gauge read 0 so its automatically junk.

Could a head of a piston being dome shaped and chipped as well as grooved one the sides and rough cylinder sleeve be the problem?

Currently have it setting at my buddies right now that where I'm working on it at. Whenever I get the chance I will post a picture.

I am fixing it. Shut up. I am uploading a piston that looked very similar to mine except a little less worse.

Something to this effect but a little less.

I know the piston isn't good and I know the cylinder head isn't good. Once I am done with a top end rebuild what do I do? What's the maintenance? What do I do to keep it running strong and long?
