it wont idle you have to keep reving it but if you stop reving it, it shuts off but it idles fine with choke on when i rode it it sputters kinda and wont go full speed.

I am almost certain you need to clean the carb if there are no obviose air leaks I would start with a carb cleaning and fresh plug that should fix you up
