wtf jet?!

ok well i cant get my blaster to idle properly. im assuming at this point its my jetting. the 28mm carb came stock with a 145 jet, i took that out and put a 150. then the longer jet with the holes in it(no idea what it is lol) was a 40 and i replaced it with a 42. it idles a little better but when i give it gas it hesitates like a mother, and bogs down alot. i wasnt able to ride it at all. i moved about 15 feet and lost it.

its possible my spark plug is kinda crappy, im waiting for those dueches over at rockymtn to send it but with the mods listed in my sig, do you think my jetting is way off? im leaning towards yes lol

i would try the 140.....with a stock pipe....when you get a pipe then go to the 150

well with the 140 it idled the same if not worse

you prolly need to go up on the pilot

pilot is from idle to 1/4 throttle

did you adjust the air screw and idle

i played with the airscrew, which is the idle? im new to these carbs so i have no idea what anything does. i wish it came with a damn manual or something

if they are like a pj you turn the choke lever

the long jet with the holes in the pilot jet, it controls idle to 1/4 throttle
you are rich you should try dropping it down a size or 2

i dont have anymore jets lol where can i get these jets, i have only seen the jets for the other type of carbs

yeah 2.89 only for mains though, i was told i need pilots and they are 6.89 a piece
