Do you have a gas cap like this?

If so... make sure the end cap isn't plugged up. Mine did that before and I basically fuel injected the carb... it did the same thing.
your floats are stuck...
hes saying the gas cap on the gas tank tyler.....hahawhat is that????!?!? thanks man just where in the carb is that?!?
how can they be stuck?!?! ive been in the bowl of the carb like 2 times today and i dont want to again.... i appreciate the help though man!
that works sometimes too, but if something is lodged in there, like a small grain of dirt or something its going to hold that open....you'll have to clean that carb up good...almost gut it.....but your floats are def sticking....happens to me on my dirtbike....u could probably just tap the float bowl a few times with the handle of a screw driver or something thats what i did. if that doesnt work u need to take off the bowl and mess around with the floats then put it back
somebody beat me to my answer....you'll have to remove the floats. make sure you do it in a clean environment, there are small parts....that needle to seat (little bullet piece) may just be bad...it has a spring inside of it....if it doesnt spring back up with you push down on the little shaft, its bad...ran into that issue a few times....
most times that works, if the leak is small...if its pissing out all of the tubes, then you have a big issue that wont be solved by tapping...we use the tap method a lot too..9 times out of 10 it works, but then you'll run into what tylers problem sounds like....then you gotta go thru it...i tap my bowl when mine stick and it worked...i might have got lucky tho lol but yeah what he said is your best choice
good point awk, forgot about that......if you do find that the float needle is bad, dont go try buy one, they're like $50+, but come in the $15 complete rebuild kit from ebay, or just buy my stock carb, fresh rebuild, 320 jet, polished bowl, haha
