it is the rules, no sales or want ads anywhere but in the marketplace,
although i don't pay much attention to wanted ads, it's up to the parties to work out a deal thru PM's and paypal protects everyone from scams (do noy transfer $ as gift/family unless you personally know the seller)
it's people only coming on here to sale and try to scam us that gets my attention.
