I can ether get the works A-T Steelers With Dual-Rate Springs for $419

or I can get the dual-rate Recreational Series front shock for $495

just thought I should see what you guys think....

thanks for all the help!!!

I think in gonna get elka up front and works in the rear....

do you guys think that is a good setup???

if you have the money elaka in the front and in the rear but the works quadstar is a nice rear shock but those front ones arient even close to elka

Elkas are definitely a superior shock to elkas, but i'm also going to say that for the money TCS shocks are better than elkas. Elkas are the biggest name out there right now, so they're a bit overrated.

TCS are just about the same price too..

but they do not make a rear shock for the blaster!!

And although TCS doesn't make a rear shock for a blaster, you'd have a pretty good setup buying a used 01 660 shock, and getting TCS to revalve that for the blaster. Less money and a very good performing shock.

TCS does an awesome job at revalving stock shocks, that's why they've been backed up so much lately. I've been waiting since the middle of november for my front shocks and still don't have them. Up until the beginning of january they were only doing revalves, not building any new shocks. Then when they started building new ones again they used up most of their part inventory and that's why i'm still waiting. I can't wait to get mine though, it sucks so much to be rolling around on stock shocks from a suzuki eiger 4x4, but that's the only thing I have right now that work with my a-arms, stock ones are too long.
