I have a 1998 blaster stock, done away with oil injection, done away with the throttle/carb electrical system rebuilt top end completely. Machine ran like crazy for a few months now it starts & immediately dies out any ideas plz have tried & tried can't figure it out. Pull the plug clean it off reinstall it starts 1st or 2nd kick runs up real good then sputters out completely

When you pull the plug is it wet or dry. Do you have good flow of fuel from tank to carb. Is your float height set correctly.

If it fires up the dies, I would suspect a fuel delivery issue.

Checked all that I suspected flooding so adjusted float still it seems like it is flooding it don't understand ran great for months then started doing this has new reeds when top end was rebuilt mixing fuel 45/1 not quit 50/1 but not 40/1 got new plugs. Not sure what it's called but brass screw W/hole through that comes up out of carb could it need replaced

Have you checked your pilot jet? May be dirty? When's the last time you cleaned your air filter?
New air filter with top end rebuild a few months ago and seems all jets are clean took carb apart & cleaned several times while trying to get float adjusted correctly just not understanding why it's starts after cleaning plug but then dies right out

compression
fuel/air
spark/spark at the right time=KABOOM

unscrew your gas cap to see if it is venting properly
fresh gas
45:1 mix????? could have fried your top end...comp test it.
you can see through pilot jet?
could be electrical check clean all grounds
ngk b8es plug

everyone on here runs 32:1 mix......= 4 oz per gallon

thats how to clean a 4 stroke plug, and does not cure a fouled 2 stroke plug where oil gets up inside between the core and insulator, causing it to spark internally.
replace the plug with a new NGK B8ES.

not saying thats your only problem
