Wiring Harness strip down

Alright so I am trying to clean everything up on my blaster while its apart..I removed the oil pump, as well as the TORS, so now Im wondering what exactly can I all remove?
I removed the TORS brain. as well as wires coing out of the carb as well as the throttle.
What other wires can I remove? Colors would be great..pictures, even better.
This is my first time doing something like this and would like this to be as easy as possible.
If there is anything else I can do throw them my way

Oil and neutral light. Keeping head or tail light? Might think about just tucking them out of way rather than cutting them out incase you change mind. What about key or on/off switch? Best thing is to either get a Clymers manual or I think there's a download somewher here on the site, will save cutting wrong wire if you get bad info. Once you decide what you are going to do, take all the tape off harness and use good electrical tape. Maybe look at Home depot or such as they do make it in several colors. Avoid "cheap" tape, I got some at Tractor supply wasn't worth a crap. I:I

Here is a few diagrams from the manual, The first couple are for older models the rest is newer years 03+! Best i can give ya has all the wire color codes and label for everything Merry Xmas-Slick

I dont have a tail light, But my headlight doesnt work..Im not going to cut that or remove that..I just wanted to double check what wires ran to the oil pump and TORS
