will banshee a arms fit a 97 blaster and will they widen it? Do the front hubs bolt right on a blaster so i could run hydro's up front then i could use those front caliper's?

No, the A-Arms are not a direct mount up. They are wider, but would require heavy modification to your frame in order to fit. As for the hubs and calibers, yes they are a direct mount up if you get 03+ spindles

dont bother with the arms, just get wheel spacers becuase its keeping it stock up front not mounts welded on mounts welded to the frame

Is that a good deal for the calipers and front hubs then? I would still have to buy rotors,lever and all the lines. Is there anything else I would need and mabey pads?

Banshee front brakes will not work on a Blaster that's older then a 03. To make it work on the older ones, you need to install 03+ front spindles or keep an eye out for some used Norman420 custom spindles.
