My quad wont idle AT ALL. if i start it i cant take my hand away from the throttle for more than a second before it shuts off. Is the pilot jet too small? or is it something else? or could the air screw be too rich?

I already had the carb apart and cleaned everything? where exactly is the pilot jet ill make sure i clean that good. im running the stock carb and it hasnt wanted to idle since i got it and which way do i turn the screw on the tors to turn idle up? i have it all the way to one direction and still wont idle. The air screw is 1 turn out

Clean the carb and blow out all jets and passages with compressed air. If you haven't replaced the needle & seat, the rubber tip of your needle might be toast.....which will cause it to never idle. Start with 1.5 turns on the mix screw, and check the Blaster Service Manual or online schematic of carb so you can learn what jets are what in the carb.

Is the throttle cable adjusted correctly, I had the same problem with a bike that the owner adjusted the cable because he could not get any more adjustment on the TORS idle screw. The problem was when the throttle was off, it was fooling the TORS, because the limit switch in the throttle housing was operating when the throttle was in the less position.

Chechk if you have spark when the throttle is off.

Failing that.

If the carb is clean, float level correct, and none of the jets are blocked, do a leak down test.
