why does this keep happening?

honestly iv owned more 2 strokes than alot of members here and i have NEVER once done a plug chop.

that maybe because im good at reading plugs since iv been workin on cars for years, and no such thing at a computer and 02 sensor on a 60s-70s early 80s carb motor to tell you if your runnign rich :)

Ya man no boring unless you need to. It doesnt give any substantial power. Put a 300 or 310 main jet in. Clean and oil your air fikter. (that needs done regularly from now on) and enjoy the power that comes along with having enough fuel going to your motor

whats your address, i'll mail you the rest of my Vito's jet kit for free. it has a 300,310,320,330 IIRC and a needle.

i havent had a blaster engine in almost a year so i dont need it

PM me

Be absolutely sure it needs a bore and only bore it enough to clean up any damage. You MUST have piston before boreing to size it correctly. Make sure shop is competant at doing 2 strokes as they MUST champher ALL ports , which IF it wasn't done before Might have been your problem. Also what oil and ratio were you running. You don't have any major dents in your pipe do you? Wash cyl with soap and water several times, blow dry, then oil. This will remove any junk from machining. Use plenty of oil on assembly, use new cir-clips on piston pin. Get Clmers manual to do it right. I:I

32:1 and no dents in pipe brand new. and im gonna put pics up of the cylinder tomorow. then you tell me if it needs it or not.

take carnz up on the free jets offer,
what machine shop are you using ?????
as stated above, only go as big as needed
ebensburgh yamaha bunged up my bottom end before, maybe they can do a bore job ???? a machine shop in j-town overbored it once for the size piston i sent with it, and adams cycle are just plain azzholes, hope you have a better lead ?????
and i'm close enuf to help you if needed
