Im a geologist by day and a blasterer by night (and lots of days too)...hence my interest in a flatting slab!

very nice Paulie! I see mainly feldspar > Plagioclase > Anorthosite (the white stuff) with quartz (grey stuff) the greyness indicates exposure to some sort of radioactivity. and a bit of Clinopyroxene (black stuff) Near the bottom right there is a spot of rusty brown...thats probably mica > Biotite (which they use in paint, toothpaste and potting soil! or it may be zircon (radioactive) but its the wrong shape to be that.

So, standard issue granite you have, the relative coarse natures means it cooled slowly and that means it fractionated and solidified at depth.
