I think most use ebay quite a bit.I know I use it if it is cheaper and the same as what I am looking for.Whats this rebate program,you talking about ebay bucks???? If so I have used ebay bucks a few times now and it works great.I just bought some wheel spacers and a pro taper bar pad for my sons quad for the sum of $3.lol
