dude, i just got the 250r, its SWeet. the 250r is easy to install no other parts to buy to make it work, i used all my stock hardware. all i had to mod was the shocks top mount. the only thing that has my attention is the bottom pin, it is smaller then the shocks bolt hole so it has play. right now, all i have is a paper clip in the gap. it actually stayed in there the hole ride.
