Which kit?

Which is the best 240 kit to get for the Blaster? I know Vito's is popular but is it better then the others?

vitos makes a good kit. you may want to upgrade to a forgged piston. the cast vitos are know to shatter. other than that get a nice port and polish to go with it. there are other kits out there, but they are alot more, but are true compleate kit with a carb and all the adaptors and everything. You can get true compleate kits from Trinitry, CT and LA Sleeve.

bang for the buck go with a vito's and a good port and polish. Most of your big shops (CT, Tinity ect.) will offer kits with all the goodies and a very generic port job. It is better to go through a builder who will take the time to customize your porting and mods to suit you and your riding style. I sell the vito's kits and offer them with a forged piston as well. It is the complete 240cylinder kit with tripple exhaust, cylinder head and top end gaskets. Not to be confused with a resleeve job that some others are selling.

like wildcard said ,if your going to pay out good money just be sure it has triple exhaust and boysen ports so you so atleast you got something to work with downthe road ,the lasleeve/ct sonic is probably the best designed kit but even it needs extensive porting to really perform and i dont just say that to entice people into portwork .. they really are very conservative also full of flaws /misalignments

like flotek said,hands down the CT jug is the best out there.The vitos isnt bad,but the sub exhaust ports are poorly designed.

well after looking at them i do like the ct 240 sonic package better then the rest even Vito's. So if i get the sonic package cant i just get somebody else (Flotek) to do a port and polish and everything should be 110% after that?
