Which is better in terms of reliability and performance?

Now im confused between getting the +4mm Hot Rods crankshaft OR the +3mm Vitos crankshaft.
Which one is better OVERALL in terms of performance and reliability?
 
as far as reliability i would consider them the same once you had them trued and balanced. if you dont plan on getting it balanced i would go with the hotrods but you need your cases trenched.
 
I like the +4 over the Vitos. The big end of the Vito connecting rod is smaller in diameter than the +4. As a matter of fact, all Vitos connecting rod big ends are smaller. This is how we can get away with a +3 without case trenching.

Ya I talked to this guy who completely fixed my Banshee before (seized engine for 3 years..) and he said that he could do all the machining stuff I just want to know which one is better for the performance of my bike.
He can also match the ports
 
well then, stroking it the extra mm of the +4 will add more performance
