which extended a arms

im going to get some +3 up 1 a arms and there is a stock shock setup and a long travel setup....i do alot of trail riding few jumps and occasionally might hit the track.....so which is a better setup long travels and say yfz450 shocks or just a stock setup with some works...either way they cost about the same...anybody run these setups?

Long travel is really not nessesary.. you actually can have more travel with short shocks, I would save a little money and get standerd travel a-arms.

I run a long travel set-up on mine. I ran a regular travel before on it and I like the long travel better

how much do you weigh cause if you weigh pretty light 450 are not the way to go i would get some works
