Where can i get my flywheel lightened? Any good reputable, lower costing places? I plan on doing this and advancing my timing 4 degrees. Is this a good idea?

Yup, Ken or Flotek offers the service, but unless you're drag racing, I wouldn't want a lightened flywheel. Sure the engine may rev faster, but you lose some bottom-end torque. I'd rather put the $$ towards porting and head mods....

Im almost positive in another thread he said he was draggin anyway. but wildcard flotek ken are the only places i would trust and 60 aint that bad. if i was you i would do some porting since you already sending something to them and your bike wont be down 2 diff times.

i bought this quad used with the engine work done to it already. so i dont know if or how its ported. or ported any good! But i did notice when i had the reeds off of it it looked like the intake ports were ported. So im assumming the rest of the cylinder might be ported as well.

There is another member on here that does flywheel lightening. Send CHutzell a PM, I'm pretty sure he does it for $40

sh*t i forgot about chutzel idk how he is the one that im gonna have do the motor work as soon as i sell my second blaster lol

I do them for $40.00 and you will get your part back, not like someone else mentioned in this thread.

I went riding on my newly lightened flywheel for the first time this weekend and I loved it. I didnt notice a loss in low end power but I did notice that my blaster jumped right into the power band and reved alittle quicker than before and pulls alittle better on the top end.
