Where/How to get colored plastics?

I saw on YouTube a Blaster with bright yellow plastics... They were amazing. What I want to know is where he could gave gotten them?

I know of Maier, but none of their plastics are available in bright yellow :/

then its painted. and some years of blassters come stock with yellow they could be restored.

I'm primed the bajeazus outta mine shaved them and used 1 and a half $4.52 plastic color and primer from walmart spray pain section and it's gonna look great I've just been waiting for the weather to cool down or it will flake off the instant it's sprayed on for coat #2
