I made one of these today in less than an hour including the trip to Home Depot. The only part they didn't have was a schrader valve (the part where you pump in the air). I used a tank valve I picked up at O'Reilly's for $1.99 (X-tra Seal p.n. 15-593) but a valve stem from a tire shop would have worked too. I already had a gauge laying around because I throw them away all the time at work. Next time I come across some I'll give them away on this site.

This is the expansion plug you need for the exhaust, the red plastic ones they have at Home Depot don't work. I sourced this one from O'Reilly auto parts and I verified it to work on a stock jug and one with an aggressive trail port.

Also I ended up needing a 1" x 1/2" threaded fitting (~1.3"o.d.) for the carb side with a 30mm OKO manifold instead of the 1.5" shown above.

Take that picture to them, if they don't have it they can order it in in a couple days and it's only about $3. Sorry I cut the brand name off in the pic, the package is already in the trash and has been taken to the curb : /
