Thats the same as I had.It felt very slow.About the same as my 4Trax 200 did.You don't get on it to kick start it.You have to stand on the side of it.It kicks out to the side.Not to the back like a normal kick start would.
I have that quad for trail riding $700-850 running. I have to take some pics. They are cold blooded, maybe that's what's wrong. never have to do mutch to it tuff quad not super fast but will beat the 2 stroke 250 trail boss. oh yea has a reverse switch also.
looks like it's all there, tires lookm good, anything under the list price is a good deal, take that compression tester with ya though, $$$ add up quick on a 4 choke rebuild, i had $180 in parts alone for my sons lakota, that was just a top-end kit and timing chain,
so this could easily cost you what you could pick up another running blaster
