where do you see a valve in that pick, there is only one "valve" on a blaster, the fuel valve, aka.......petcock

That's your tranny vent !! There should be a hose on it that runs up to handlebars

x2 on the oil cap, its ok man its ALWAYS better to ask and learn than to not and ruin something.

i was talking about the thing a hose goes on, i thought those were called vacume valves. its like an inch from the reed spacer.

Put the hose back on it , you don't want any dirt in there !

put a foot or two of hose on that "valve" its just a vent and usually just ran up the frame to a higher location. DONT cap off the hose leave it open to VENT.

Yeah a long peice of hose - stock routeing ran around the left side of frame
Under the fuel tank to just under the handlebars "under the hood "
