What's the benefit of running high octane?

I have 168 pounds of compression with NO timing advance with a 155-158 main jet running fresh 93 octane fuel mixed 32:1 with Klotz ST or lucas semi-syn.

On the hottest day of the year, I don't have an issue with knock UNLESS I do like 4 hard drag runs back to back (heat the engine up a lot) without any cooldown between.
