i dont think so, i know many people on here that has older blastys like 88 that did not come with titles, my 1971 ct70 didnt have a title my grandfather baught it new in 71

my 88, bought in 87 came with one. all bikes come with MSO's whether or not yourstate requires a title or simply registration are the determining factor.

Anything from mid 97' on has a title, Or at least that's what the title office told me.

EVERY! bike/ATV sold in Oregon has a title!, my '72 Penton/KTM had one as did my '73 CZ.

if you buy a used one and the owner dont have aregistration card ( title for it) have him write a bill of sale with the number off the registration sticker on it, and the frame number, price of purchase and when you go to the dnr to register it they will look it up if it shows it not stolen you will get anew registration card issued
