What year is my blaster??

I just got this blaster for 100, it needs some work but i needed myself a new project anyhow. i dont know what year it is although i know it is a older one maybe 89?? and i saw a blaster manual on another thread and want to know, if its pretty much the same for every year or does it differ a whole lot.. thnks,

For definite, check the frame near the left a arm, 10th letter in that vin.
I don't know which letter is which year though, someone else will have to chime in.

The main differences are plastics and mounts and brakes from 01-07 are hydro's.
