whats the other sid of them look like? looks like boyesen carbon dual stage reeds and POSSIBLY a boyesen rad valve but i need to see the other side

yup thats a boyesen rad valve with boyesen dual stage carbon reeds. i use the exact same setup except i ported mine out a bunch.

What is porting. It looks like it is simply taking and grinding the openings to a more round edge instead of a sharp edge can some one esplanade this to me?

in super simple terms it means opening things up more so more can flow.. transfers, intake, exhaust port, reed cage, ect..
