What size is this piston? can some one tell me if its stock?

ok then i should get a piston set first and have them bore it to what i get?

Since its stock whats a safe bore over that i should take it up too? IMO the piston looks worse then the sleve. The piston took the most of the damage i think the grooves in the sleve dont look near as bad.

usually people will bore them over in .020 increments like .020, .040, .060, .080, any of those are safe just depends on how much bigger you want to go with the engine, you will have some power gain with that as well, if you go any bigger then that i think they make a .100 piston but if you blow that up then you have to re sleeve your engine.

just take the cylinder into the machine shop they'll decide how much needs taken off for it to work right and then you gotta order the piston and take it back when the piston comes.

that bore size is a worn out 68mm so you can go to a .090 over and probably just hone it to that size, give yourself .003 clearance don't listen to Wiseco, also never measure with a caliper that worked for what you needed but is no where near accurate enough for measuring a finished bore size

dude why wouldnt he listen to wiseco they are the best piston company in the buisness???
