what shocks to get?

i am getting the dimond j widining kit with shock conversion for $225 shipped

I'm not starting anything but, you can't take their word for it fully. Have you guys ever used kfx400 or ltr450 shocks on the blaster, no. You would have to get some real help here, on people you have tried these shocks.

cant aford the 250 dallar shocks i can get ltr450's for 225 shipped and the kfx's for 89 shipped

what do u think is a better choice

ya the ltr shocks are good., so are YFZ fronts. my brother has ltz400 fronts and they are nice and they didnt cost much at all.

dude honeslty blaster shocks suck, so anythign is going to be a big improvement, maybe you should go with the kfx for now, unless you are plannin on doin some serious jumps, cause that should make the ride much more comfortable.

Do the kfx shocks fit on easily or do they need the conversion kit too?

you need a conversion kit to fit any shoocks other than blaster of banshee shocks.

have you raced with this kit? i have and it holds up just fine. i dont get why all you people think that the kit breaks so easy. It doesnt. i have yet to have a problem and i mash my blaster everywhere.

its funny how diamond j runs this kit on their race quads, but your saying they are not ment for racing.

i didnt mean anything bad to you at all. its just all these people are like the diamond j kit is not ment for racing, and all this. it just seems like all the people saying that have never tried it on a track at all.

i too, have NEVER had a problem with the diamond j kit, works great!

I will say that their tie rod extensions are weak. I fixed that by adding nuts to the exposed threads showing. its strong now, and i have yet to have a problem.

dimond j will work, but extended a-arms will give you better handling.
