what reeds should i get

ok i know there is boysen and vforce but i have ssen people with cr125 reeds? are they anybetter? are they worth getting?

I agree 100%, they are as good as v-3's. I ran both and could not tell any diferance.

you won't be disappointed in the boyesen dual stage reeds. I'm sure the VF3 are even better but for the price you can't beat boyesen.

Using Vito's duel stage on both Blaster and Banshee. Biggest factor is they're local to me

used Vito's for 3 years. worked well for me.. but this year i went thru two sets. switched to Boyesen Pro Series dual stages.. WORK AWESOME and haven't had any issues.. P.S. use thread locker on the screws.

We've used boyesen and CR125 reeds. You can more or less put the Stock blaster cage INSIDE of the CR125 cage.
My brother Nate did an article on this i believe.

He got a blaster reed spacer(shoulda got the CR125) and then sanded down the sides of the cr125 cage. Used a dremel to open up the intake manifold and the reed spacer until the cr125 fit inside. It took some time. Grind a little, see if it fits, grind a little see if it fits.. Grind a little... After they fit, make sure they open all the way... lol

I actually did the same with my yt173 3 wheeler... Only the stock cage would fit inside of a blaster cage.. So i upgraded to blaster reeds. Had to make my own spacer and drill own holes for bolting through spacer and reeds... I like them lol.

And LOOK at the flow bench testing for the 250CC Mossbarger Racing Products Comeback

Mossbarger = 71.40 cfm
Boysen rad valve = 64.68 cfm
FMF reed cage = 53.26 cfm


If i had a stock cylinder i would give them a try just to be different...lol
