Hey guys....I was wondering about the oil you guys run was just reading a couple posts and mostly people are talking about synthetic oil....I used evinrude 2 stroke oil for my first tank of gas at 50:1 and seems to be running fine...I know I should get a better oil but what's a good non synthetic brand...and where do I ass oil to the engine to keep it lubed I have the oil injection blocked off but don't you need l oil in the engine to keep it lubed? I'm kinda stumped on this as this is my first atv. Thoughts and giudance? Thanks in advanced

Seeing that the oil injection is blocked off, you will have to pre-mix the fuel for the engine.
I prefer "Maxima Super M". There are lots of good ones out there, so do your home work. Remember... you get what you pay for. Also... How was your oil injection deleted? Was the pump and tank removed?

The tank and pump were removed yeah and somebody before me had taken a couple screws and wedged them into the lines for the block off near the engine not the greatest idea but for a $600 blaster you get what you pay for lol. But don't I have to physically add oil to the engine or crankcase

Engine oil and transmission oil are two different and seperate things.
Seeing that pump is gone you MUST mix oil with gas. For most applications 32:1 will work fine. Make sure the injection hose nipple on right side of carb is capped or blocked off corectly, otherwise it will leak air in = boom!!
Yamalube 2s is another good mix oil.
DO NOT use outboard, chain saw, or weedwacker oil.
Quality doesn't cost, it pays.

For the transmission ATF type F, Belray gear saver, Yamalube trans oil, any atv/motorcycle oil that says "Wet clutch compatible" , motor oil that is rated SM or less.
650 ml, says it right on side of clutch cover. Tho ATF is cheaper, it does need to be changed more often.

The oil I used was evinrude multi use oil and had a snowmobile and an atv picture on it figured I was good had it kicking around from an old boat I had a couple years ago. So all I have to worry about besides pre-mixing my oil is making sure the Trans has fluid?

32:1 for recreational riding, using an oil designed for air cooled motorcycle engined.

Get rid of that outboard oil, it is not man enough to sustain the temperature variations as in an air cooled engine.
