What jet to start with?

so im wondering what is a good place to start as far as a jeting setup with my mods? i have a stock carb and it is going to be a new top end.

i run a 300...but also have a +3 mm....its best to go big then drop down...

Start at 300 an work your way down,plug chops

To keep from having to do a million different plug chops, go big til it starts to bog on the top and then drop down 2 main sizes. Then go from there.
