nope still cant get the big round cap off. i dont understand why i cant get it off, its like its f*cking welded on im f*cking bugging out, you guys know what could be wrong

what way are you turning the cap? did you take the little holder off?

Damn. Well, if nothing else, you could still pull the carb and flip it upside down to clean while it is still attached to the cable/slide. Not optimum conditions but it would work.

don't hate me if I missed this but did you try a new plug, I had the same prob and a new plug fixed it right up.
