what carb to use

I have a 2006 blaster which is stock except from pyramid reed valves. I am going to buy full factory 7 exhaust and vito's reed spacer kit and k&n filter. I am also going to advance timing +4 and have the stock cylinder bored .60, ported and head shaved. how much would you take off the head and would you use 30mm or 35mm carb ?

.0030 on the head... 30 will be plenty of carb. You dont need a 35 unless you are running a BB kit or a stroker.
