I have some time so i'm working on this a little

gonna kinda post photos as I go i guess lol

flipped the manifold to angle the TBs more upward for better clearance, heres how they look right now mounted on the cyls

in this picture you can see where the thermal valve mount interferes with the left throttle body, the black line i drew in marker is where I am going to cut the mount, all the stuff to the left will be gone.

i only need one mount anyway as it is not a heavy piece. this will give injector and fuel rail clearance too

got the mount cut down and drilled the mount hole in the right TB (the FITV is mounted on the 2,3 TBs originally, so i had to make a mount hole for it on the 4th one)

and here it is with the FITV itself installed, still working on the actuator rail for the FITV

Here we go! It's not the prettiest, but it will do the job I am looking for!

All I have left to do is complete the FITV actuator rail and Link the 2 TBs together in the middle and I am all set!

I cut the stock fuel rail and spliced it together, there is a "T" fitting in the middle as my feed, and on the left end is my FPR and the return line will exit there. The vacuum lines are all connected and setup.

If i had welding skills i woulda made my own fuel rail, but I am working with what I got.

didn't read the whole thread, but if your not running straight cut gears with the roller bearings, you will destroy them eventually...

small update on this:

instead of using a flimsy RZ350 frame, I have procured a 1993 Suzuki GSXR1100 aluminum frame for this project. Should be here in a while(shipping from deep north new york lol)

So this will be a Yama-Zuki RZ421 Fuel Injected

on another note, the throttle bodies are 100% finished! Will try to get some new pictures asap, just too lazy to move everything out of the way at the moment.

Anyone that still has their removed oil pump laying around from their blaster mind donating one for research? I am trying to see if the pump worm shaft is similar to the RZ350's pump. I bought a NOS RZ350 pump worm shaft(they are discontinued, and god knows when another new one will pop up), just trying to check for substitutes
