What caliper is this anyone know??

Ok trying to help a guy I know he needs pads but doesn't know who's brakes this is.

And if you look close in this pic you can see the bracket it mounts too

The only marking on the caliper is ak thanks hope you can help

WTH.....dual piston caliper with both bleeders on the same side ????
i've looked at prolly every streetbike caliper made, fronts and rears and have never seen anything like that ???
