Welding on frame??

just unplug the cdi and electronics. i am not sayin it will fry them but its easier to just unhook them then figure out later why there isnt a spark.

I agree with you 100%!!! I just wasn't sure what I needed to unplug!

I've welded on my jeep with the battery connected and nothing happened but I didn't mean to....and I probably got lucky. Insurance is a good thing.
