Weird thing happened

Today i was riding And i was shift 1 to 2 but as i increases thottle i let go but it kept reving higher an higher rpm (It almost blew the moter) it felt like the throttle got stuck. i shut it down quickly and worked fine after.
What could be some causes of this ? Throttle Cables ? TORS?
is there any good ways to prevent this

sounds like something got stuck
i don't know how helpful this is but i know that if i moved thottle cable then it sometimes pulls the thottle and well rev up
so i would cheack u cable

samething happened to mine but it happened for the first time on my first ride after i rebuilt it

Yah , i just got a topend rebuild. maybe its just a one time thing after a rebuild? Hopfully it wont happen again it was really scary but i turned it off quickly so it didnt blow

maybe ur slide got stuck open

yea i would clean ur carb and slide oil the cable

Um idk what a slide is but i think ill clean my carb (find out what slide is and clean it) then check cables
