Weird frame numbers help

I have a Yamaha blaster with 13 digit frame number and engine number, tried all the vin check stuff but all want a 17 digit number any info on year and exact model or spec be appreciated as wanting to do a restoration please see pics which will get put up ASAP cheers
The number on frame is 3JM-348250 2000
The number on engine G109E-023996

The VIN is the number on the frame, not engine
you've got a 2002

The year is the tenth letter/number of the VIN.

1988 = J
89 = K
90 = L
91 = M
92 = N
93 = P
94 = R
95 = S
96 = T
97 = V
98 = W
99 = X
2000 = Y
2001 = 1
2002 = 2
2003 = 3
2004 = 4
2005 = 5
2006 = 6

I'm not sure how many it's supposed to be, just that the tenth is the year
I saw in another thread the member said his had 15 digits ?
