yo same here. but i just got a new piston and my it bore'ed so i think that is my issue. maybe your jetting or somthing?
it's definalty my jetting, but idk if im to lean or to rich. Remember i got a pwk and i got a 155 in right now.
see pulie mine has a fresh top end. i am strong till 4th gear
i shift from screaming into 3rd to 4th and it just is like has no powerband or power really. what would be the case.

no thats not it. like when i get goin, like moving. and ima bout to hit the top of the gear, it just bogs kinda like right when u start it and give it gas to warm up. It makes a similar sound to what i just described.

I had the same problem when i added my mods is just guessed i was running to lean so i added a larger main jet and runs brilliantly know, go bigger if that doesnt work im not sure
Yeah this is the good advice and safe.
If this doesn't work then I'd look into a bigger main, fouled plug or an electrical issue.
Try pulling choke out half way next time. If it gets better you're lean. If not it's either rich or some other problem. Also what does your plug look like?
