You absolutely have to pinpoint the source of the water and you probably need a set of rings to get that compression back up.

wonder if i should run a higher octain gas.ill order a new set of rings hopefully this week

Gasoline, no matter the octane rating, should not contain enough water to emulsify into your lube oil.

Blaster's, and expecially ones with worked over heads, specifiy 93 PON fuel (or "high test" as most here in the states call it). If you're not already using it, you should switch up and begin using the higher grade fuel.

just drained the tank and no water in there.its gotta be condensation build up or some one dumped water in my silencer which i cant prove
