Water cooled Blaster !!

I have heard of some using these... how are u gonna save money with it though? Ur better off to just buy a dt200 topend which is fully liquid cooled and 32hp stock. It bolts right onto the bottom end... u just need water pump radiator wiring harness and topend from dt 200

^i think he meant save money to buy it. not save money by using it

yea, only problem i see is what do you use as a pump, and you would still need a radiator? and some sort of chamber to hold any liquid or antifreeze?

DT200 motors especially parts are not as abundant as YFS motors and parts though. Yes though this would be ideal for liquid cooling though you need a lot more than just the head as jahrastapark stated, and it will add up quick. Search how easily parts are found for them.....your best bet would be find a complete DT200 motor and swap though this will not be a cheap endeavor.

There has been a few threads discussing this product here before (use search) but I have not seen a review. I would be interested however as the head is really where the YFS motor is hottest. I don't however see heat being an issue unless you have made major motor modification, though it might improve reliability slightly by de-creasing running temps over long-term. I don't see what it would hurt, yet is just one more thing to go wrong. Who knows though, IMO Just get your head modded to adjust squish band without the water cooled feature, what is it like 60 dollars from KOR?

In the link you posted though the design is improved over the ones I've seen on ebay though it did not list price? I'm curious how much they want/.............

i investigated this a while back and dicided to rather just have my head rechambered, i dont see anything wrong with the water cooled system, but its just easie and cheaper and less to worry about to have your head modded.

On second thought the idea of interchangeable domes is sweet......I dunno i'd love to see someone buy this and give review.

Is the conrod the same?

Why not just get your stock jug ported and head re-chambered? Less expensive setup, lighter, and no electronic controls required.
Your stock jug ported and a head re-chambering will give you the same power or more (32+ HP).
