warrior stem?

i was told that if u put a warrior stem on u gain 3 inches handlebar height, so what mods to the stem and mounts would i need to do to mount one, if any.

i believe it is similar to the banshee one where you have to turn down the end

yes it will ad about 3 inches and yes like the shee stem the end needs to be milled down. but you dont have to cut off two little tabs that are on the shee stem.
