Would this be a bolt on and go or should the cylinder be honed and new rings used? Who did the port work?

There is only 4 hours of ride time on this cylinder & piston. No need for hone or rings. Bolt on and go for a stock crank. I did the port work. All I did was open up the port a bit more and knife edged between the two ports.
