vitos 240 help!

I bought the vitos 240 kit and when I torqued the head on the studs pulled out. Got heilcoils put in and I just had 3 coils pull out. Has anyone had this problem??

I don't have the 240 kit but 2 of my head bolts pulled out, well they were actually done before I got the bike. A lot of people have recommended the cr500 studs. Tap the hole, counterbore and install the cr500 studs. I don't know about the 240, if they have enough meat on the wall left but, that's what works on the 200. That's what I am going to do. Also, I am no 2 stroke guy at all. I can do anything to a 4 stroke but I am learning the 2 stroke. so, I am just repeating what I heard, hope it helps.

People have head studs come out every now wand then.

dont use helicoils! they may work on some stuff, but i wouldnt trust then on my blaster engine

this has happend to me but on the cases below the head do you do the same thing for this groblem
