HEY i got a 03 blaster and the last 3 letters are scraped by a rock and cant read i tryed hyd. ACid 37% and didnt work. HELP:-/:-/

What are you trying to accomplish? Verification it's not stolen? If it's for parts all you need to know is the year, first several digits will tell that. otherwise you'll need CSI or NCIS.
if that's the case I doubt a rock scraped the top of the frame. Always best to make sure it's not stolen before you buy, jmo.
