I just bought a used piston from e bay cuz my piston fried. Size of piston is 67mm. I think my original piston was 66mm.Do i need to bore the cylinder still? If so how much do i bore it? Thanks for the appreciation...

its ok but get some new rings....and take it with you to the machine shop cause they need to bore the cylinder ot that piston

used piston and 3 sizes to big tisk... tisk...

why not just dip it in sterno fuel and light it up and make a cool video....if you don't have the money to fix it right why not sell it or wait till you have money

yeah thats gona take half the bores out of your cylinder just for saving a few quid, if you plan on keeping the blaster for a while its gona cost you more in the long run because your going to need a new jug quicker, get a 0.20 wiseco, get it re-bored and dont look back I:I

its not like he is doing anything wrong mechanically, he is just shortening the life of that cylinder...

I've got a 66.75 wiseco lite piston that is lightly used that I will give you if you just pay for shipping. That will give you another year or two out of your stock cylinder.

Take the piston and some new rings to a motorcycle shop that rebuilds cycles and have them bore and hone the cylinder to match the piston. That is what I did and the cost was $86.60 after tax to have it done.

lemme know.
