Uni filter require re-jet?

I've been searching for about an hour and I have not quite found the answer to my question. I haven't done anything to by blaster yet, with the exception of some holes drilled in the air box lid. It's time to replace my filter and I'm leaning towards Uni.

With just a filter change, will I need to re-jet the carb?
