I call bullshit on the kimbo-alexander fight!! It was f*cking set up! Alexander didnt throw sh*t and when he got the knockdown he didnt go in and just stood there! Didnt fight his style either! And the announcers kimbo this and kimbo that,bullshit! It was bought!
This. I used to dislike Kimbo also but watching him on the show changed my opinion of him. He seemed real down to earth and eager to learn. I was pulling for him, but I don't think he has a future in MMA. That slam was awesome.
i wanted him to show what he has and he did he as a future in the MMA he is a great learner he use to be like afish out of water onthe ground then seeing that he was a beast

My thoughts exzactly. You cant set up a slam like that! That could of easily killed Houston or broke his neck. I dont like Kimbo but i dont believe in set up fights. This is UFC not Smackdown vs. Raw. Anyway some bad ass fights although they were complete opposite of my picks.
does anyone like kimbo i mean if no why the only thing i can think of he gets pumped upinthe fight to much and puts his arms down to say something tothe other person but he is a great learner and he shows a lot of respect to everyone
I agree with you 100%.. Elite XC put him out there like he was a know it all best in the world MMA fighter when really he sayd himself he knows very little and has a lot to learn. Kimbo has no future in the UFC as a top heavy weight and would do a lot better in the light heavy weight class but still his body is too beat up to keep up with the younger top fighters in any weight class. As fas as his fight goes... Alexander didn't want to get to close b/c he knew Kimbo had heavy hands. He even said in his pre fight interview that his game plan was to stay outside and use leg kicks to bring him down but it just didn't work. He would have been better to stand up and bang.
russell i agree with the bottom half kimbo is going to rise in the next few years in my opinion but when he gets older he wont be as good but he can take hits and he can lay them down and he has good stand up and ground and they are improving and you can see that
I have a lot of respect for kimbo after watching some interviews and some parts of TUF. He looked alot more improved in his last fight to.
